Nongki Derick Njiah

Nongki Derick Njiah received the Digital Marketing Excellence Award at the African Digital Leadership Awards (ADLA) 2026. The award was presented on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in Yaoundé, Cameroon, during the African Digital Conference – Strategic Digital Leadership Summit. The ADLA are an initiative of the African Digital Leaders Network.

With more than five years of hands-on experience, Derick combines structured strategy with practical execution. Trained by Tadita Group Institute, he has worked with SPARK Afrik as a Digital Marketing Specialist and with the African Inclusive Institute of Public Speaking as Chief Marketing Officer. His approach is grounded in authentic brand communication, strategic thinking, continuous learning and measurable results.
