African Digital Leaders Network

Our Story

A network shaped by a simple observation: Africa’s digital future will be shaped by people, and those people should know one another.

From shared conversations to a network

ADLN grew from a belief that leadership, not technology alone, decides how far digital transformation goes. Professionals across the continent were building capability in their own countries, often without a shared place to connect, be seen and learn from each other.

The founder, Tamon Dieudonne, set out to create that place: an initiative focused on African digital leadership, professional visibility and a stronger digital leadership community.

A milestone in Yaoundé

On Saturday, July 18, 2026, the African Digital Leadership Awards, an initiative of ADLN, were presented during the African Digital Conference – Strategic Digital Leadership Summit in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

Five leaders were recognized for their contributions to Africa’s digital ecosystem, and the awards remain a lasting record of their achievements.

What comes next

The network is now building its member community, and preparing the African Digital Leaders Magazine, with a first edition planned for 2027, and the African Digital Leaders Powerlist, expected to be introduced in 2027.
