African Digital Leaders Network

Membership Terms and Conditions

The terms that will apply to ADLN membership.

Last updated: November 2026. This page explains how the African Digital Leaders Network (ADLN) approaches this topic. It will be updated as the network and its services develop.

Eligibility

Membership is open to professionals whose work contributes to innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, business development or digital transformation. Some categories may require review and approval.

Applications and activation

Submitting a form does not create a membership. A paid membership begins only once payment has been verified and any required approval has been given.

Duration and renewal

All membership packages are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Founding rates are introductory offers and may be revised when the founding membership period closes. We will send reminders before a membership expires.

Upgrades

Members may request an upgrade to a higher membership category in accordance with ADLN’s upgrade and payment policies.

Recognition and features

Features, editorial coverage, speaking opportunities and awards are subject to applicable selection criteria, availability and program guidelines. Membership does not guarantee an award or magazine feature.

Cancellation

You may ask to cancel your membership or delete your account at any time. Refunds follow the Payment and Refund Policy.

Conduct

Members must follow the Community Guidelines. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination.

Your profile and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile. You keep ownership of your content, and you control which profile information is public.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse member data, scrape the directory or use the network for unsolicited marketing.
